DJI Store Nordic A/S reserves the right for missing deliveries, out-of-stock items, spelling and printing errors and any price and tax changes until order confirmation is submitted.
To shop with us, you must be in possession of a valid payment card that we accept.
After completing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email, which also contains links to information about the right to return and complain.
When we ship the item, we send a delivery confirmation. When you receive your order confirmation, your purchase is binding.
Payment
At DJI STORE NORDIC A/S, all prices are stated incl. VAT and Danish taxes. The prices on the website are daily prices and we reserve the right to change the prices from day to day without prior consent.
DJI STORE NORDIC A/S accepts payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Apple Pay.
The payment will only be debited from your account when the item(s) are dispatched. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
We strive to deliver orders throughout the Nordics within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed on djistorenordic.com
As a service we provide free shipping, so you don't have to worry about that.
When your package has left the warehouse, you will receive an email with your invoice and notification that your package has been dispatched. You will also be sent a track & trace number so you can follow your package all the way to delivery. You will also receive an SMS when your package is ready for collection at the selected collection point.
DJI Store Nordic A/S is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, transport conditions or anything else that is beyond DJI Store Nordic A/S's influence.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you experience problems with this, please contact us at contact@djistorenordic.com
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically in relation to the purchase of these goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. DJI STORE NORDIC A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
As soon as your product is activated, the period of the 2-year right of complaint starts.
In case of complaints, please contact contact@djistorenordic.com, after which we will agree how the return should take place.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop, even if the goods have been used.
The period is counted from that day;
- Where you receive the order.
- Takes physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches
- Gets the last lot, or last part in physical possession, when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
Return costs are your own cost and responsibility.
Please be aware that you, as the buyer, bear the costs associated with the depreciation caused by the use of your purchased product.
Impairment of value is understood as the possible reduction in the value of the goods, which is due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods, their properties and the way the goods function. It is always a prerequisite for reimbursement that the item has actually been returned, or that you have documented that the item has actually been returned. The refund amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid with a payment card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for the purchase.
How to return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Or you can apply for return on your Login page at our webshop. Login with your email and the passcode sent for you. At the page you can apply for a return. After applying you will be contacted by mail regarding the return.
If your return is accepted, you will need to create a return shipping label, to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at contact@djistorenordic.com.
Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 30 days after the cancellation. The notice must be given by mail at contact@djistorenordic.com. Remember to clarify which order and which product you want to use the right of cancellation for.
In the message, you must make it clear that you wish to use your right of withdrawal. If you want to send the item back to us, you must create a return slip and send the item to:

You cannot regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without giving a clear notice of this at the same time.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like DJI Care insurance card (only non broken cards can be returned) If a DJI Care card is activated the service is running and the return is not applicable to the DJI Care Card.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of cancellation. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return. When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received it back.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.
Returns that have been sent to a delivery point will not be picked up and will be returned to sender after 10 days. The customer must return the delivery to the warehouse and not to a delivery point.
Condition of the item upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it on in a physical store.
If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, it is considered used. Which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must test the product without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for extra costs as a result of your choosing a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer).
This takes place as soon as possible and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received and inspected the requested product or products.
Refunds are made with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to something else.
Pick up in store
On our webshop it is possible to choose to pick up our products in our store. In this way, it is possible to reserve an item online, and then pick up the item physically in our store.
Refund
If it is a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be disclosed without risk per email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at DJI Store Nordic A/S at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the previous processing, which is based on the consent before its withdrawal.
